There was a great turn out for the first of our regular Saturday afternoon Roll-Ups on 15th April, both bowlers and spectators.
Good to see so many familiar faces, some returning faces and, importantly for the Club, some new faces. There was a real positive buzz amongst the players despite some dodgy bowling due to many of us being a bit game rusty!
Despite the overcast day it did stay dry and the bowling gods must have been looking out for us because we later found out that there had been heavy downfalls of rain in other parts of Bourne whilst we were playing!
With the next few days looking to be mainly sunny the green should have dried out a bit more in time for the next session on Wednesday 19th - hope to see you there!
